The Petition	I am sending this Email to register my support for the United Southampton Skaters in their efforts to re-establish an ice rink in Southampton and recognise the impact that the loss of this facility has had since 1988. I call upon the Southampton City Council to actively seek and assist interested parties in developing a new ice rink without any further delay
